The Family Thrift Store Plus strives
to practice the same principles in business that we practice within our family. Because we want you to buy
with confidence, we offer a solid guarantee. If we misrepresent an item in any way, please return the item to us for
a full refund of the purchase price, as well as the shipping costs.
If you must return an item for other
reasons, such as incorrect fit, or PC incompatibility, we will gladly refund your purchase price. There are no gimmicks,
no bait-and-switch tactics, and no annoying three-week waiting periods if you are due a refund. We will issue any refunds
within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Our goal is to serve the online
community for years to come, and we'll only achieve that goal if our customers know we'll remain trustworthy for the duration.
Shipping and Handling
In order to keep shipping charges
to a minimum, we ask that you contact us with your shipping address and order. We will send you an
exact shipping quote. You may cancel or edit your order at any time, and we do not sell your contact information.
Our shops are about value, and we try to carry that over to shipping and handling. Other companies make it easier to
order, by using flat shipping rates. However, we wouldn't want to pay $8.10 to ship a ten-ounce item, so it's a safe
bet that you don't want to do that either!
